Andrea Brault, MD, MMM, FACEP

Dr. Brault serves as a strategic advisor to clients in emergency medicine. She’s an emergency physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience and an equal tenure on the business side of emergency medicine. Dr. Brault also serves as the current Chairperson of the Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA), where she helps industry leaders understand reimbursement trends and educates lawmakers about EM’s changing reimbursement landscape.

Madison Fox

Madison provides leadership across Brault’s RCM workflow and is responsible for maintaining our vision of being the Premier RCM partner in our space – with a focus on next-generation business tools and technology. She also oversees strategic initiatives and project management functions at Brault. Madison has been part of the Brault team for nearly eight years, including previous roles with project management, client operations, and our Board of Directors. Before joining Brault, Madison served in project management roles with healthcare technology and service organizations.

Mitch Thompson

Mitch leads Pre-Bill operations and I.T. Services at Brault. He provides leadership on the front end of our RCM workflow, including health information exchange, insurance verification, reimbursement coding, and auditing. He also manages the technical components of our business tools and technology. Before joining Brault, Mitch spent eight years in the U.S. Navy, helping manage computer networks and encrypted communication channels.

Debra DeMarco

Debbie leads Post-Bill Operations at Brault, overseeing patient services, accounts receivables, and banking/payment posting. In this role, Debbie helps RCM clients maintain a consistent cash flow while ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction. Debra has over 20 years of experience in revenue cycle and practice management. She is also a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Sonia Brown

Sonia oversees Brault’s legal functions and helps ensure regulatory compliance across our RCM workflow. She also provides client support with payer contracting and compliance, NSA-related processes, and arbitration support for IDR submissions. Sonia has 20 years of experience as legal counsel for hospitals, physician groups, and insurance payers – including 10 years in the RCM industry. She also holds a juris doctorate from Texas Southern University, and a B.S. from Northwestern University.

Steve Kelley

Steve oversees finance and accounting functions at Brault. Steve has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and consulting, with an emphasis on healthcare finance. He also holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Danielle Gonzalez

Patrick Satterfield

Patrick leads business development and marketing efforts at Brault. He helps emergency groups resolve pain points in their RCM process and is typically involved in revenue projections and chart studies to help prospective clients understand their upside with Brault. Patrick has worked in healthcare sales for over 30 years, with a focus on emergency medicine coding, billing, and practice management.
